Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AnatomyGO website, platform, applications, content, and services (collectively, the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Body Scientific International, LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.
 
Purpose of the Site
AnatomyGO is an educational platform providing anatomy, medical, and health-related visual and written educational content intended solely for informational and educational purposes. The Site is not designed to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
 
No Medical Advice
All content available on AnatomyGO, including illustrations, written materials, AI-generated responses, quizzes, and interactive tools, is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Users should not rely on the Site for medical decisions and should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.
 
User Accounts and Registration
Certain features of AnatomyGO require users to create an account. When registering, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Body Scientific reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
 
Newsletter Sign-Ups
Users may voluntarily sign up to receive newsletters, announcements, or promotional communications from Body Scientific. Newsletter sign-up does not automatically create a user account unless otherwise stated. Users may unsubscribe from communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
 
Access Codes and Limited Free Access
Some users may be granted access to AnatomyGO through promotional or access codes that provide free or limited access for a defined period. Access codes are temporary, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be shared or resold. Access automatically expires at the end of the designated period unless converted to a paid subscription. Body Scientific reserves the right to revoke access codes at any time in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
 
Subscriptions and Payment Terms
AnatomyGO may offer paid subscription plans, including month-to-month and annual options. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, users authorize Body Scientific to charge their selected payment method on a recurring basis. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods or unused subscription time unless expressly stated in writing.
 
Free Trials and Conversion to Paid Plans
If a free trial or limited access period is offered, paid subscription billing will begin automatically at the conclusion of the trial unless the user cancels before the trial expires. It is the user’s responsibility to manage subscription settings and cancellations prior to the end of any trial period.
 
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on AnatomyGO, including but not limited to medical illustrations, text, diagrams, videos, software, branding, and AI-generated educational outputs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Body Scientific International, LLC or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Access to the Site does not grant ownership or redistribution rights. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
 
Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain features of AnatomyGO may use artificial intelligence to generate educational responses or content. AI-generated content is provided “as is” for educational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. Users should independently verify critical information. Body Scientific is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
 
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Body Scientific makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Scientific International, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on any content, or any errors or omissions contained on the Site.
 
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Scientific International, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
 
Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Illinois.
 
Changes to These Terms
Body Scientific may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
