AnatomyGO is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental or school consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If AnatomyGO is used in a classroom or school setting involving students under 13, access must be provided through an Educational Institution or with verified parental consent. In such cases, Body Scientific relies on the Educational Institution or parent to provide consent for the collection and use of student information strictly for educational purposes.
Information collected from children under 13 is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide educational services and is not used for marketing, advertising, or profiling. Parents and schools may review, request deletion of, or restrict further use of a child’s information by contacting Body Scientific.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete such information.
